ET-666 Carbon Monoxide Detector

The ET-666 is a 12 volt DC Carbon Monoxide (CO) Gas Alarm that detects CO gas at a low level.
|

|

This unit can ONLY be used to detect Carbon Monoxide and WILL NOT
|
|
detect explosive gas or narcotic gas.
|
|
|
|
The detector can be wall or ceiling mounted, because CO gas is lighter than air.
|
|
|
|
The unit tests for CO gas with 90 second intervals on standby mode
|
|
(Green LED flashing) followed by 60 second testing (Green LED on).

Influence of Carbon Monoxide on an Adult

| 200 parts per million (ppm): Headache and nausea after 2 to 3 hours. |
| 400 ppm: Headache and nausea within 2 hours, life threatening after 3 hours. |
| 800 ppm: Headache and nausea within 45 minutes, fatal after 2 to 3 hours |
| 1600 ppm: Headache and nausea within 20 minutes, fatal after 1 hour. |
